Our website provides general information about our services. Graphics, phone mockups, and sample interfaces illustrate possible designs and features. They do not mean every feature is included in every package. Prices marked “from” are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope, features, integrations, and support requirements. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and third-party charges will be identified in your quote or agreement. Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement or reserve a project start date.
Before work begins, the project scope, payment schedule, deliverables, revisions, and responsibilities will be set out in a written quote or service agreement. Ownership and licensing of completed work, account access, cancellation, refunds, hosting, maintenance, and handover arrangements are governed by that agreement. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed project agreement takes priority for the services concerned.
Projects may use third-party hosting, databases, payment processors, booking tools, or other platforms. These services have their own terms, fees, and limitations. Third-party outages, policy changes, or price changes may affect a project. Our responsibilities for managing these services will be specified in the client agreement.
Features depend on the agreed build and the user’s device and browser. An installable web app does not automatically include an Apple App Store or Google Play listing. Native mobile app development and app-store submission are included only when expressly agreed in writing.
You must not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with this website. Please provide accurate contact information. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
Unless otherwise indicated, West Branded branding, website text, designs, and graphics are owned by or licensed to West Branded. You may view and share links to the website, but may not reproduce its materials commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Client websites and other linked third-party services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices.
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate, but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee sales, customer growth, search rankings, or other business results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, West Branded is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to paid services is addressed in the applicable client agreement.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not automatically amend an existing signed client agreement. These terms are governed by British Columbia law and applicable federal Canadian law, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
