Our current enquiry form prepares an email using your device’s email application. You must send that email to complete your enquiry. We receive the enquiry when it is delivered to us. Your email provider handles the message under its own privacy practices. If we change to a direct submission form, we will update this policy.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, communicate about and deliver services, administer accounts, invoices and payments, troubleshoot problems, protect systems, and meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails. Where required, we obtain separate marketing consent, and you may unsubscribe.

Following links to StreetBook, City Fundraiser, or other websites takes you to services with their own privacy practices. We will update this policy and provide appropriate consent controls if we introduce optional analytics or advertising tracking.
We retain personal information as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable legal, accounting, and contractual requirements, then securely delete or anonymize it where appropriate. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
